Cees van de Werken

Cees van de Werken is co-founder and co-owner of ProfiNRG and Sunvest. He is also the Secretary of ZRN.

In the sector since 2009

Cees graduated in social geography and for years worked in property development at large building companies. He also worked on infrastructure development and business development at Siemens. He founded ProfiNRG in 2009, now one of the largest solar energy companies in the Netherlands. ProfiNRG works on the construction, development and operation of large scale PV units. He also works as a solar energy parks project developer at Sunvest.

Co-founder and Secretary of ZRN

Cees is a co-founder of ZRN. He is the Secretary of the Board and a creative thinker. His goal for the Board is that all companies that put solar panels on the Dutch market meet the recycling laws and, in doing so, contribute a collection fee. He also plans to ensure that no large funds are created to finance collection in decades to come.
